What we collect
- Your name, email and phone number.
- Your business: its name, its Google Business Profile, its website, the towns you serve and your answers in the checkup.
- Your scorecard: what we found for your business on Google Maps, on your Google profile, on your website and in the answers of ChatGPT and Google's AI.
- If you buy: your billing name and address. Stripe takes your card. We never see or keep your card number.
- Basic visit data: pages you open, the ad that brought you, your browser and your IP address.
The checkup also reads public information about your business and your competitors: Google Maps listings, reviews, answers from ChatGPT and Google's AI, and public web pages. Anyone can see this information.
Why we collect it
- To run your checkup and send you your scorecard.
- To reach you about your checkup, your step-by-step guide or your plan.
- To deliver what you buy and to bill you for it.
- To see which ads bring visitors, and to keep the site safe and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the companies that help us run the service. Each one uses it only to do that work for us.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your checkup.
- Stripe takes your payments.
- Google and DataForSEO return the public search data for your checkup. We send them your business name, your trade and your town, not your contact details.
- Our email service delivers your scorecard and our emails.
- Cal.com books your call when you pick a time.
We also share data when the law requires it.
Cookies

How long we keep it
We keep your checkup and contact details for [24 months] after your last checkup, then delete them. If you buy from us, we keep billing records as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you.
- Correct it.
- Delete it.
- Stop sending you emails. Reply "stop" to any email from us, or write to us.
If you live in California, the CCPA gives you these rights too: to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. We answer within 45 days, and we never charge you or treat you differently for asking.

Children
The checkup is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
