Terms of Service

These terms cover the free checkup, the Step-by-step guide and our monthly plans. RankingScorecard.com is run by [Legal entity name]. When you use the site or buy from us, you agree to these terms.

The free checkup

Your scorecard is an estimate. We build it from public data on the day we run your checkup: Google Maps, your Google profile, your website, ChatGPT and Google's AI answers. Google changes its results every day, so your results tomorrow will not match your scorecard exactly. Money figures on your scorecard are estimates from search numbers for your trade and town. They are not a promise of income.

Using the site

  • Give us true contact details.
  • Use the site only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not copy the site, scrape it or overload it.

The Step-by-step guide

  • The Step-by-step guide costs $99, paid once through Stripe.
  • We write it from your checkup and email it to you after you pay.
  • If you are not happy with it, email us within 14 days of payment for a full refund. We do not ask why.
  • If you hire us for a plan within 30 days of buying the step-by-step guide, we credit the full $99 toward your plan.

Monthly plans

  • You pick the work you want and a term of 1 month, 6 months or 12 months. Prices are on the plans page.
  • Stripe bills you at the start of each term.
  • [Your plan renews each term until you cancel. Cancel any time.]
  • We need your help to do the work: access to your Google Business Profile, your logo and photos, and a few answers. We tell you what we need before we start.
  • You own your business name, logo, photos and content. You let us use them to do the work you pay for.

What we do not promise

Google, its maps, ChatGPT and other AI tools decide who shows first. We do not control them. We do not promise any ranking, number of calls, reviews or income. We promise to do the work we describe, on time and with care.

Limit of our liability

We provide the site, the checkup and our work as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or any indirect loss. Our total liability to you is never more than what you paid us in the 12 months before your claim.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new date. Plans you already paid for keep the terms you agreed to until the end of that term.

Governing law

The laws of [Governing-law state] govern these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts of [Governing-law state].
